Refund Policy
All sale are considered final due to the digital nature of our monthly treasure hunts.
That said, we understand life happens. If you experience a technical issue-such as not receiving your access code, being able to login, or anything that prevents participation-we're happy to make it right.
This may include issuing credit toward a future hunt or a full refund depending on the situation.
To request help, just email us at info@capefeartreasure.com within 7 days of purchase and we'll work with you personally.
